By booking with us, you agree to ALL of the terms below.

Booking

— Due to high demand and limited availability, a $100 booking deposit is required for brow services, and a $50 non-refundable booking deposit is required for teeth whitening services. A credit card must be placed on file when booking and all deposit fees are 100% non-refundable but will be credited toward your appointment. Please note that the deposit fee will be forfeited if you cancel, with no exceptions.

— An additional booking deposit fee will be required to make any NEW future appointment. If two appointments are canceled, you will not be able to book a third appointment unless the service is pre-paid in full.

No-call, no-shows will be charged 50% of the service, minus the deposit fee.

Rescheduling

— We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that could force you to reschedule your procedure. Please understand that such changes affect not only me but also other clients. If you choose to reschedule your appointment, we request at least 48 hours' notice. Anything less than 48 hours, and you will lose your booking deposit fee. If you choose not to reschedule, you will lose your booking deposit fee, and any new future appointments will require another booking deposit fee to secure your appointment. We have full respect for our client's time, and we request the same in return.

Processing fees

— We accept cash, Venmo, Cash App, Apple Pay, Paypal, AfterPay, Sezzle, and all major credit cards for payment. Please note that all payments made with major credit cards will incur a 4% processing fee.

Late arrivals and no-shows

— To avoid unfair delays to other clients, if you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, your procedure must be rescheduled, and you will lose your booking deposit fee.

— If you "no-show" your appointment, you will lose your booking deposit fee, AND you will be charged 50% of the treatment fee, minus the deposit, to the credit card provided on file.

Privacy and Capacity

— Due to limited space and the focus and attention to detail our services require, only the client receiving treatment is allowed in the office. Please refrain from bringing guests, including parents, friends, and children. The only exception is a parent accompanying a minor who is receiving treatment. All others can wait in the building lobby. This is also a doctor's office, and privacy is paramount.

Pets

— As much as we love our furry friends, please be considerate of clients with allergies and leave your pets at home. It is against TDLR regulations for animals to be inside a salon unless they are service animals.

Electronic Device Policy

— To maintain a relaxing, stress-free salon environment, please take all phone calls outside. The volume of any phone, iPad, or electronic device must be kept at the lowest setting (headphones are preferred.)
